What is a Content Management System (CMS) ?
Content Management System is also known as CMS. A CMS allows you (a non-technical adminstrator) to manage and maintain your website yourself. You will not need to pay someone else high monthly fees to do this or put up with the delays while you wait to be at the top of the queue.
